We are seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator (NP or PA) to support the growth and quality of our Clinical Services Team. This hybrid position combines 50% leadership/supervision with 50% direct patient care, allowing you to guide programs while managing complex post-acute patients.The role includes 25-50% travel across Wisconsin and Midwest partner sites to ensure consistency, quality, and operational success.Position Overview The Clinical Program Coordinator oversees and enhances clinical programs, ensuring high-quality care and operational efficiency.
