- Write clean, high quality, testable, secure, maintainable and extendable code
- Work closely with product owners, architects, and other engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions
- Perform all phases of software engineering including requirement analysis, code, test, debugging, deployment and support
- Use best practices and experience to design, code, build, test performance and scalable software solutions
- Collaborate with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
- Use technical knowledge and experience to resolve development and support issues
- Be able to prioritize tasks and work concurrently on multiple tasks
- Participate in Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases
- Collaborate with your peers to meet project timelines
- Investigate and resolve bugs and issues within the application and collaborate with the team to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, including AI technologies and tools to improve the development process
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a highly dynamic environment

- 5 years of experience in software development with solid expertise in Microsoft Azure Platform – .NET & ASP.NET MVC
- 5 years of development and testing experience with Azure App Services, Functions, AzureDevOps
- 5 years of Web Development and testing experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery
- 5 years of Web Development and testing experience with Bootstrap or other responsive frameworks, AJAX and asynchronous programming, frontend integration with MVC views
- 5 years of experience and understanding of DB design concepts of SQL Server, Query Optimization
- 3 years of experience of working with GitHub CI/CD
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2 years of Agile experience
- 2 years of experience and familiarity with automated deployments & Unit testing technologies
- Experience in developing REST/JSON APIs
- HealthCare domain knowledge i.e., STARS HEDIS
- Solid understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect
- Proven solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proven excellent self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment.
