In this pivotal role, you’ll apply advanced engineering principles to ensure the strength, integrity, and performance of flight vehicle structures.You’ll collaborate with a team of world-class engineers to develop, integrate, and evaluate cutting-edge aerospace designs that meet the highest standards of performance, manufacturability, and safety-helping shape the future of flight.What You’ll Do Perform structural analysis and stress evaluations of flight vehicle components and assemblies.Apply engineering and physical science principles to validate the strength, durability, and functionality of structural designs.Support the development of primary and secondary structural components, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and design requirements.Develop, integrate, and document structural analysis methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with design, materials, and manufacturing teams to ensure optimized structural performance.Conduct analytical modeling and failure analysis to improve safety, reduce cost, and enhance manufacturability.What You Bring Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (required).Proven expertise in metallic structural design and analysis for aerospace applications.Strong proficiency with CATIA and ENOVIA.Hands-on experience with fuselage or airframe structures and aero structure development.Solid understanding of aerospace product design, development, and testing processes.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in aerospace structural stress analysis or fatigue and damage tolerance.Knowledge of load path optimization, finite element methods, and material behavior.Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.Why Join Us At PDS Tech Commercial, you’ll be part of a team that connects exceptional engineering talent with the world’s most advanced aerospace projects.
