Position Title: Business Execution Consultant 4Duration: 12 MonthsLocation: West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Approved Locations

• (Hybrid 3 days in/2 days remote)
• 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy Des Moines, IA
• 5 days in office for first 1-2 weeks

Project Details In this role, you will act as a consultant and change manager to find and implement ways to enhance production efficiency for workstreams around demand and capacity planning, operational routines, performance management, and continuous improvement.Duties

• Work closely with executives, operations leaders, and frontline partners to map out and understand current practices, operational routines, and KPIs.
• Develop operational routines and continuous improvement strategies.
• Analyze data and identify new practical opportunities to increase ROI.
• Train and help with upskilling internal resources.

Top Skills

• Lean Six Sigma Experience with demonstrated experience applying simple to complex concepts, methods, and tools in operational environments.
• Experience in process improvement and change management.
• Ability to perform data analysis and identify new opportunities for improvement.
• Strong skills in Excel.
• Strong understanding of financial service operations or manufacturing.
