Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and corporate communications sector, is seeking a Communications Specialist 2 to join their team. This Communications Specialist will support internal communications within the corporate supply chain team. The role focuses on developing and executing messaging strategies, writing and editing content, managing executive communications (like newsletters), and driving employee engagement initiatives. The candidate will also help align global communication efforts across time zones and report to both stakeholders and the VP of Supply Chain.

Job Title: Communications Specialist 2

Location: Fully Remote; preferred Redmond but not required

Pay Range: $23/hr – $28/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Assist in message development, writing, and editing for corporate communications

  • Create and disseminate multimedia content ensuring quality and alignment with corporate messaging

  • Track and promote team recognition and employee achievements

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to produce newsletters and communication materials

  • Support global communication strategies to ensure consistency across time zones

What’s Needed?

  • Experience in business or supply chain communication preferred

  • Strong storytelling and writing skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to develop creative marketing and engagement plans

  • Basic knowledge of media production and dissemination techniques
