✅ 3+ years in process/manufacturing engineering
✅ Experience in fiber, composite, polymer or chemical manufacturing
✅ Demonstrated technical process support ability
✅ Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
✅ Knowledge of advanced process control systems
✅ Experience with quality investigations and RCA
