Maximo Planning Specialist/Maintenance Planning Specialist (IBM Maximo)
Our Team is seeking a skilled Technical Services Specialist with hands-on experience in maintenance planning to support the development, testing, and optimization of Automated Planning and Procedure Writing Applications.
This role involves close collaboration with both the Central Maintenance Planning Team and IT Scrum Development Teams, requiring strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently while meeting critical project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design, testing, and enhancement of automated maintenance planning and procedure-writing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance planners, engineers, and IT developers.
- Analyze maintenance processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement digital solutions.
- Apply technical principles and problem-solving techniques to diverse and complex assignments.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to support planning and process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior power plant maintenance planning experience.
- Working knowledge of IBM Maximo or other maintenance planning applications.
- Familiarity with industry procedure-writing standards.
- MS Excel (Intermediate) and MS PowerPoint (Basic) proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a bias for action and collaboration.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of relevant maintenance planning or technical support experience (utility or power generation preferred).
