R&D Site Lab Tech Analyst
Role Overview:
The R&D Site Lab Tech Analyst will be responsible for maintaining R&D lab systems, supporting business and application processes, and ensuring reliable, secure technology operations for research and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- R&D Lab PC Workstation Support

Create and manage lab PC images and device configurations

Handle patch management, security updates, and vulnerability mitigation

Perform user management, system backups, data archiving, and disaster recovery
- R&D Business Process Support

Coordinate vendor services such as instrument calibration and compliance activities

Ensure adherence to SOPs and change management procedures

Maintain documentation and support smooth data collection processes
- R&D Application Support

Support and maintain global R&D technology and cybersecurity solutions

Ensure high availability and performance of R&D applications
- Deployment & Ongoing R&D Support

Provide on-site technical support during deployment and post-deployment phases

Ensure business continuity and operational excellence of lab systems
