We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in product management, boasting a successful history in converged infrastructure, HCI, and hybrid cloud architectures. You should have a solid understanding of: – NetApp AFF and ASA storage systems. – Cisco UCS X-Series and C-Series compute platforms. – Cisco Nexus switching and fabric interconnects. – VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Red Hat OpenShift, and Kubernetes. – AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps workflows. Familiarity with Cisco Validated Designs (CVDs), NetApp Verified Architectures (NVAs), and NetApp Solution Briefs will be highly advantageous. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. You should possess outstanding analytical skills, and be proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with experience using analytics tools and methodologies. You must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, along with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies and tools like Confluence and JIRA is expected.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Manager at NetApp, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of FlexPod, our converged infrastructure solution developed in partnership with Cisco. Your key responsibilities will include: – Defining and updating the FlexPod roadmap in line with NetApp and Cisco strategic objectives. – Leading initiatives focused on infrastructure modernization, AI enablement, and secure workload deployment. – Analyzing CI/HCI market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to find opportunities for differentiation. – Collaborating with engineering, design, and partner teams to launch new FlexPod capabilities, ensuring seamless integration of our storage solutions with Cisco technologies. – Monitoring product performance and gathering customer feedback to foster continuous improvement, utilizing data-driven insights to refine the product roadmap and prioritize features. – Acting as the main liaison between product management, sales, marketing, and partner teams, and representing FlexPod during internal reviews, partner workshops, and customer presentations. – Crafting and maintaining essential product documentation, such as use cases, technical specifications, and go-to-market materials. You will also support training and content creation efforts for field teams and partners.

NetApp offers a target salary range for this position of $183,600 – $272,800 USD. The offered salary will depend on candidate location, qualifications, experience, and education, and may vary from this range.
