The ability to work on-site and manage physical installation and maintenance tasks is essential. Responsibilities:

As a Field Support Engineer, you will provide on-site assistance for software installation, testing, and maintenance at assigned locations. You will help with hardware setup, relocations, and modifications for desktops, laptops, and thin clients. Moreover, you will support data center activities, which include server installation, racking, and troubleshooting equipment issues. You will also manage asset inventory tasks, including hardware disposal, backup, and documentation updates. Promptly responding to incident requests while adhering to SLA and KPI standards will be a key part of your role.
