Must have:

I require candidates to have a minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a robust understanding of architecture. You should possess at least 4 years of recent hands-on coding experience, ideally in JavaScript. I value experience in managing CSDM and establishing Data Governance standards, as well as proven expertise in overseeing CMDB health and implementing various ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and integrations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, especially if you have experience leading or mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities:


In the role of ServiceNow Architect, you will design and develop scalable and sustainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet enterprise needs. You’ll lead technical development efforts, conduct code reviews, and create detailed technical designs for complex projects. Your responsibilities will include defining and supporting technical and data governance processes to ensure the integrity and compliance of the platform. Additionally, you will develop and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and operating models for the platform, while collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to align solutions with business goals and enhance user experience.
