Oracle HCM Payroll Specialist

We seek an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant who possesses a strong technical proficiency in the Payroll module of Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: – 3-6+ years of experience – Certified Oracle Cloud Payroll Practitioner (preferred but not mandatory) – Extensive understanding of the Oracle Cloud Payroll product – Comprehension of end-to-end integrations between HR, Compensation, and Payroll – In-depth knowledge of Payroll Processing, US Taxes, and Payroll Accounting – Proficient in the creation and maintenance of Elements and the associated Fast Formulas – Strong familiarity with the tables utilized in Oracle HCM for support and reporting – Experience using Oracle Cloud methodologies to develop, enhance, and troubleshoot components/tools such as HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, and BI Publisher – Knowledge of PL-SQL and OIC is desirable
Responsibilities:
As an Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant, you will follow the company’s software development lifecycle (SDLC) to design, code/configure, test, debug, and implement application programs. You will assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Collaboration with respective teams is essential to achieving quality and consistency. As a valued team member, you will enhance product knowledge and user understanding of the system to support the Payroll Technology Team. You will also assist the Payroll Technology team in testing Payroll OHCM processes, identifying and analyzing bugs found during testing, and documenting them accurately. Attention to detail is critical when running tests, documenting, and reporting results. You will report any defects and work collaboratively to find resolutions.
