Requirements


Must have:

– Proven experience with ServiceNow and Workday integration projects. – Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and middleware technologies. – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. – Effective communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts. – Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. – Deep expertise in configuring and integrating ServiceNow or Workday (4 years). – Experience in a customer-facing role for 10 years, with the ability to guide enterprise customers through intricate technical solutions, including workshops and enablement. – At least 2 years of experience with conversational AI platforms, preferably Microsoft Copilot Studio, including the ability to build and extend AI agents.

Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and Workday platforms to enhance business processes. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions. – Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure optimal performance and security. – Document integration processes and provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders. – Stay informed about the latest industry trends and platform enhancements to suggest improvements.
