Must have:

We require candidates to have a Bachelor’s degree (a 4-year undergraduate program is mandatory). Additionally, prior experience in HR and US Payroll environments is essential, along with a solid understanding of US payroll and tax regulations. The must-have skills include: – A minimum of 5 years experience with SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative). – At least 5 years of SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll configuration experience. – Significant hands-on experience with Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas. We also welcome nice-to-have skills such as: – Experience in Service Delivery Support. – Background in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering. – Familiarity with Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Responsibilities:


In this role, my responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative) as well as the SAP HCM Payroll modules based on the specific needs of the business. I will participate in sessions to gather requirements from business stakeholders and IS partners. Additionally, I am responsible for preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test plans, and executing testing for configuration and change requests. Collaborating with teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is also a key part of my role, particularly in assisting with defect resolution. I will conduct weekly status review meetings with clients and internal teams to provide progress updates. Furthermore, I will develop functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with ABAP HR technical and integration teams, ensuring compliance with project timelines, documentation standards, and change management procedures.
