Must have:

– Proficiency with SAP, Adobe, Microsoft 365, Office 365, VPN, HTML, and CSS. – Experience utilizing Kofax, Ariel scanning, and related document management solutions. – Strong problem-solving abilities for hardware, software, network, and application challenges. – Capability to train users and develop technical documentation and reports. – Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite assistance and maintenance for enterprise systems such as SAP, Adobe, Microsoft 365, Office 365, VPN, HTML, and CSS. – Support and troubleshoot client/server systems including MBASE and Ariel Pension Administration Systems (PAS). – Maintain and oversee network systems, both Wi-Fi and wired, ensuring dependable connectivity throughout the organization. – Assist with desktop computer systems, including software installation, updates, and resolving issues for applications like Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Skype, Zoom, and Teams. – Deliver user training, operational support, and assistance for various applications and hardware, ensuring users are equipped to perform their roles efficiently.
