Requirements


Must have:

– Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance. – At least 3–5 years in SAP Asset Management. – 3–5 years of experience with configuration and release management. – Overall, a minimum of 8 years of functional experience in SAP PM, including configuration and implementation. – Strong understanding of maintenance processes and the asset management lifecycle. – Experience in the telecommunications or aerospace industries is a plus. – Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. – Must be able to work in the Pacific Time Zone and travel as needed. – Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and carry out SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) configuration, implementation, and support tasks. – Partner with business and IT stakeholders to grasp processes and facilitate independent design workshops. – Configure and enhance maintenance planning, work orders, equipment management, and notification processes. – Oversee asset management functions, including preventive maintenance and work order management. – Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other related SAP modules. – Provide analytical insights and problem-solving skills to identify, prioritize, and resolve functional challenges. – Communicate updates clearly to senior management and project teams. – Travel as necessary to fulfill client and project requirements.
