| 1. Payroll Management: Oversee and manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for US employees. 2. Oracle Cloud Payroll: Implement and maintain Oracle Cloud Payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration with other HR and financial systems. 3. Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain fast formulas to automate payroll calculations and processes. 4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and reporting requirements. 5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy. 6. Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of payroll processes. |
