– I have 8 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles. – I possess 2 years of experience managing technical teams. – I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred. – I have a profound understanding of public cloud technologies, primarily AWS services and architecture. – I have a strong record of leading complex technical sales cycles and strategic customer engagements. – I have demonstrated my ability to build and cultivate high-performing technical teams. – I have experience with cloud storage, data management, and enterprise infrastructure. – I excel in executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:


  • I will lead and develop the Eastern US Cloud Solution Architecture team to meet revenue targets and ensure customer success. – I am committed to driving transformation as we evolve into a cloud-first software company, adopting specialized team-based selling methodologies. – I will collaborate with AWS, customers, and internal stakeholders to create successful business outcomes. – I will guide technical strategy and execution for enterprise RFP responses and proof-of-concepts. – I will partner with Sales leadership on territory planning, revenue forecasting, and go-to-market strategies. – I will build and maintain strong relationships with AWS leadership and key enterprise customers. – I will effectively manage escalations across customers, product teams, and senior leadership. – I will foster innovation and technical excellence within the team through mentorship and skill development.

As a Cloud Solutions Engineering Manager in NetApp’s Public Cloud Sales organization, I will lead the Eastern US Cloud Solution Architecture team and report directly to the Director of Cloud Solution Architecture. This role is based in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States, and I will be conducting regular travel within the Eastern US region (approximately 40%) and occasional trips to other regions for company events and customer meetings. The ideal candidate will blend technical depth, business insight, and people leadership abilities to promote NetApp’s ongoing growth in public cloud services, particularly in our strategic partnership with AWS. Compensation for this position ranges from $278,800 to $360,800 USD, based on location, qualifications, experience, and education, and may fall outside this range. This figure represents ‘On Target Earnings’ (OTE), which is the total potential earnings combining base salary and performance-based commission.
