Must have:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading integrated Hardware and Software product strategies, including release management and field-reliability feedback, while addressing both organizational priorities and customer needs. You should have at least 3 years of experience driving multi-year product transformations for technical products, such as platform modernization and pricing model shifts, including responsibilities for operating-model design and executive stakeholder alignment. Familiarity with working directly with hyperscalers and leveraging co-marketing strategies for advanced AI/ML solutions is essential. You should also bring 2 years of post-MBA experience focusing on the creation and implementation of long-term product strategies from an engineering perspective. We seek someone with expertise in roadmap strategy and execution, along with a proven ability to lead product delivery processes efficiently. Experience in the cloud storage and services sector is preferred. Strong analytical capabilities are crucial, allowing you to assess product usage data and experiment results effectively. Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Python and Excel, and familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing frameworks are must-have skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, complemented by a STEM-focused MBA, is preferred.
