Guest Services Representative
Summary As a Guest Services Representative at Valleywise Health, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes every patient and visitor, creating a warm and positive first impression from the moment they arrive. Reporting to the Manager of Volunteer & Guest Services, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each guest feels supported, valued, and guided throughout their visit. From providing directions and answering questions to resolving concerns with care and professionalism, you’ll help create a smooth and uplifting experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact through exceptional customer service.
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.22 – $23.92
Qualifications Education
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
Experience
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of customer service-related experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Prefer experience in a healthcare environment.
Specialized Training
- Spanish Bilingual Associate Certification is strongly preferred.
Certification/Licensure
- HeartSaver or CPR certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Requires basic PC experience in a Windows environment including the ability to use the internet and learn internal company software.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing including knowledge of basic grammar, spelling & punctuation.
- Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
- Time management skills are a must.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Creativity, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills are strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays preferred.
