Must have:

As a prospective candidate for our DevSecOps/Platforms Engineer position, you should possess the following qualifications: – A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in AWS, focusing on modern DevSecOps and GitOps methodologies. – At least 2 years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies to facilitate efficient application deployment and management. – Familiarity with Configuration as Code (CaC), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation frameworks for scalable and reliable infrastructure management. – A minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing Agile methodologies to contribute to collaborative project delivery. – At least 2 years of experience in software development.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be entrusted with: – Architecting, designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining standard, efficient, and innovative processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the software engineering lifecycle and support the continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of safety-critical software across multi-cloud and data center settings. – Deploying, configuring, and maintaining a suite of tools essential for safety-critical software development. – Automating deployment procedures, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing infrastructure performance while ensuring smooth tool integration into CI/CD pipelines. – Implementing monitoring and observability solutions to guarantee environment reliability and performance. – Collaborating with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with security best practices and requirements. – Analyzing, planning, and executing strategies to mitigate potential security risks and vulnerabilities. – Partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance the developer experience, providing support in using available tools and services while maintaining secure and scalable software engineering platforms. – Continuously identifying possibilities for automation and efficiency improvements in infrastructure and processes. – Implementing current and emerging technologies, tools, and regulations in the DevSecOps environment.
