Must have:

– A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, ideally reflecting 10 years or more in the field. – Preferred background includes experience in Product Management with a focus on custom AI or off-the-shelf AI product development and implementations.

Responsibilities:


  • I will oversee the entire lifecycle of conversational and agentic-automation products designed to enhance employee effectiveness and productivity. – I will develop a multi-year roadmap that integrates quick-turn SaaS solutions alongside distinct, domain-specific assistants. – I will conduct thorough discovery user research, prompt-flow analytics, and A/B testing to prioritize features that maximize engagement, adoption, and ROI. – Collaboration with Engineering, MLOps, Security, Legal, and Change-Management teams is essential to launch compliant, reliable, and cost-effective solutions at scale. – Success will be measured through metrics such as activation rates, task-completion time savings, NPS, and financial impact. – I will define and validate “Minimum Viable Assistant” (MVA) concepts through user research, A/B tests, and prompt-flow analytics. – I will manage a prioritized backlog covering SaaS releases and feature flags, including tools like ChatGPT Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot. – I will conduct continuous-discovery sessions with business functions to identify high-value assistant use cases and act as an escalation point for priority conflicts across various portfolios. – I will create rollout playbooks for multi-regional, multi-language deployments, ensuring compliance with GDPR, EU AI Act, and local data-residency regulations. – I will provide guidance to VP/SVP stakeholders on build-vs-buy economics, license tiering, and responsible AI practices, and mentor senior product managers on best practices and outcome-driven roadmap design.

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $130,000 and $200,000, which may vary based on various factors such as location, certifications, education, and experience level. The disclosed salary range may be adjusted based on applicable geographic differentials. This position also offers eligibility for a discretionary incentive award dependent on company performance and individual contributions. At Cargill, we prioritize our people.
