We are looking for candidates who possess: – A minimum of 2 years of experience in data fusion engines, kinematic correlation techniques, and Kalman filters. – Proficiency in pattern recognition, multi-modal sensor data fusion, sensor calibration, and visualization technologies. – At least 2 years of experience related to sensors, sensor management and fusion, datalinks, and/or weapon interactions. – A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science is preferred. – Proven experience in data fusion analysis and software development. – A self-motivated attitude, high ethical standards, and exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities. – Familiarity with sensor data including Radar and various infrared sensors. – Experience in the development and implementation of probabilistic models to merge sensor data, such as Bayesian reasoning and Kalman filtering. – A strong foundation in advanced probability statistics applied in real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities:
In this role, I will be responsible for: – Developing and quantifying data fusion algorithms and techniques. – Creating and maintaining technical documentation, requirements, and algorithm analysis memos related to data fusion approaches. – Evaluating data fusion techniques for accuracy and effectiveness. – Developing prototype algorithms utilizing programming languages such as C++, Python, and MatLab. – Collaborating with software architects to enhance algorithm implementation and design for optimal efficiency. – Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to summarize findings, draw conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations. – Working closely with customers to refine requirement specifications.
