Must have:
To ensure your success in this role from day one, we expect you to possess the following qualifications at a minimum: – A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Economics, or Finance from an accredited institution, along with seven years of experience in point of sale, chargebacks, customer-facing roles, data analysis, and project management in a private, public, government, or military context. – Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED combined with eleven years of experience in similar fields is acceptable. – Proficiency in SAP/Vistex and Salesforce, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Additional qualifications that could enhance your success in this role include: – Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. – Green Belt Certification. – Proven track record in managing and coordinating intricate projects. – Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. – Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting complex ideas clearly to various organizational levels and clients. – Expertise in cultivating collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. – Adaptability to changing circumstances and capability to demonstrate initiative.
Responsibilities:
In my capacity as the Point of Sale and Chargeback Data Lead, I will have the privilege of utilizing my curiosity and working alongside some of the most innovative and diverse talents globally. My role will involve: – Serving as a pivotal figure in driving key projects and initiatives that will shape the future of our organization. – Leveraging my expertise and leadership to streamline processes, enhance team performance, and stimulate innovation across departments. – Directly influencing organizational growth, efficiency, and our ability to deliver significant results for all stakeholders. – Conducting data quality audits, implementing adjustments and corrections, including but not limited to materials association, conversion factor calculations, and end customer interactions. – Making recommendations and executing process, system, and workflow improvements. – Demonstrating a commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. – Proactively addressing and resolving issues that may affect customer satisfaction, cash flow, employee retention, and costs. – Being available for on-call responsibilities during special circumstances.

For this position, the anticipated salary range is $119,076 – $145,537, inclusive of base pay and potential variable incentive pay. Compensation may vary depending on individual qualifications such as relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.
