Chargeback Operations Specialist

Must have:
To ensure your success in this role from the very start, we are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications: – A Bachelor’s degree or higher, along with 1 year of experience in POS and chargebacks within the medical or healthcare products industry, or – A high school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in POS and chargebacks within the same sector. Furthermore, we also require: – A minimum of 3 years managing relationships with key distributors and collaborating across functions. – Experience in supporting comprehensive operational processes related to POS and chargebacks. Additional qualifications that may enhance your application include: – 5 years’ experience with SAP/Vistex, service case tools (for instance, SF cases), and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (specifically pivot tables and formulas). – Familiarity with chargeback claims processing and order management systems. – A proven track record of driving end-to-end process enhancements in POS and chargebacks. – Green Belt training and experience in utilizing LEAN processes.
Responsibilities:
In the role of POS & Chargeback Onboarding Analyst, you will have the opportunity to engage your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse minds globally. You will make an impact by: – Leading, refining, and documenting distributor onboarding processes from intake to stabilization. – Collaborating across departments to meet onboarding targets and service level agreements (SLAs). – Managing the operational relationship with designated distributors throughout the complete POS and chargeback workflows. – Ensuring accurate data loading and flow, while maintaining integrity, auditability, and compliance. – Implementing solutions in partnership with distributors to minimize errors, enhance data quality, and prevent future issues. – Supporting multiple workstreams as required and being on call during critical times.

For U.S. candidates, the expected salary range for this position is between $94,018 and $114,911, encompassing base pay in addition to any variable incentive pay, if applicable. This range represents a good faith estimate for the role.
