Must have:

To ensure your success in this role from day one, we require (at a minimum) the following qualifications: – A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to starting) OR a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience in Information Technology. – Ten (10) years of experience in software engineering. Additional qualifications that could further enhance your success in this position include: – Experience as a Full Stack Engineer with proficiency in Angular and/or React. – Familiarity with Postgres databases. – Desired: Java Spring Boot experience, knowledge of Microservices, Hibernate, Flyway, SQL Databases, and Redis. – Experience with tools like JIRA/Confluence or similar. – A healthcare background in IT with knowledge of HL7, HIPAA, and EMR integrations. – Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. – Experience with technical solutions that assist in identifying and mitigating security threats. – Understanding of relevant legal/regulatory frameworks and standards, such as NIST, ISO, GDPR, CMMC, and FedRamp.

Responsibilities:


As a Software Engineer, your main duties will include: – Working as a full stack developer utilizing Java/SpringBoot while following solid engineering practices and object-oriented principles. – Developing software components and collaborating closely with software architects, quality engineers, and other team members to design, build, test, and deploy necessary systems. – Coordinating and communicating with clinical analysts, product analysts, and other software engineers. – Adhering to the team’s design and coding standards. – Assisting in resolving escalated customer support issues and occasionally interacting with customers to address operational challenges and establish their requirements. – Engaging in an Agile environment and supporting team objectives by contributing to the tasks of others during each sprint. – Designing and developing automation to improve the quality of deliverables and accelerate software delivery. – Participating in retrospective reviews to suggest process improvements and implement them.
