Must have:
To succeed in this role, we require the following minimum qualifications: – A Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified before starting). – Seven (7) years of professional experience in digital solution development within a private, public, government, or military setting. Additional qualifications that can enhance your success include: – Five (5) years of managerial or supervisory experience with multiple direct reports in a similar environment. – A Master’s degree in business administration or technology management from an accredited institution. – Five (5) years of experience in the healthcare industry. – Familiarity with Agile Methodology, including Release and Quality Management. – Experience using design research methods to glean customer insights (e.g., interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, card sorting). – A hypothesis-driven, problem-solving mindset, capable of utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analysis for informed decision-making. – Ability to convert structured and unstructured data into insights and executive-level narratives. – Experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects while balancing deliverable quality with tight timelines. – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. – Confidence in functioning independently as well as collaboratively, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams towards a shared objective. – Comfort in stakeholder management, with the capacity to build effective relationships, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
In the role of Software Platform Product Manager, you will take on various tasks that make a significant impact, such as: – Converting business objectives into precise software requirements. – Prioritizing software features based on analyses of market needs and company strategies. – Supporting the strategic planning of external collaborations and integrations to enhance platform value. – Managing software project scope by balancing competing software requirements, such as time versus cost and software security against speed. – Prioritizing feature requests from software development teams. – Clarifying the product vision and collaborating closely with software engineers and the technical team to define specifications. – Ensuring that the software solution effectively meets business goals and user needs. – Monitoring progress against plans and addressing any discrepancies promptly. – Making tradeoffs between features, schedule, and cost based on their relationship to business objectives, company policies, software architecture constraints, and the capabilities of the software development team.

For U.S. applicants, the expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 – $195,903, which incorporates base pay and any applicable incentive pay. This estimate represents good faith for the role, and specific compensation will vary based on your relevant knowledge, training, skills, location, and experience.
