Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. The CEO will oversee the company’s strategic direction, financial performance, and overall operations. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, building strong stakeholder relationships, and leading the team to meet organizational objectives. The CEO will ensure alignment with the company’s mission, values, and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management
- Proven skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Sales and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage a hybrid work environment and collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience leading at the executive level is a strong advantage
