Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with network administration, troubleshooting technology issues, managing network security, and providing IT support. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service to support internal and external technology needs, ensuring reliable network and system performance.

As an Information Technology Intern at CR Equity Ai, Inc., you will play an integral role in supporting our advanced technological infrastructure with a focus on AI fintech solutions and cloud development. Your key responsibilities will include:

AI Fintech Development Support:

Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI-driven fintech applications.

Collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to enhance machine learning models and algorithms tailored for financial analytics.

Supporting the integration of AI tools into business platforms to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

Assisting in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based systems using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Monitoring cloud services performance and ensuring system security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.

Supporting efforts to optimize cloud resources for cost-effectiveness and performance.

Network Administration and Security:

Managing and troubleshooting network systems to ensure seamless connectivity and security.

Implementing network security measures to protect data integrity and prevent breaches.

Assisting in regular security audits and compliance checks in line with industry standards.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

Providing frontline IT support to internal teams, addressing software, hardware, and connectivity issues.

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Documenting technical procedures and creating user guides for common issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand technology needs and contribute to strategic projects.

Engaging in knowledge-sharing sessions to promote continuous learning and innovation within the IT department.

Professional Development:

Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills, particularly in AI technologies and cloud computing.

Staying current with emerging trends in fintech, AI, and cloud technologies to contribute fresh insights to the team.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Network Administration and Information Technology
