StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields — physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more — and brought in the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere.Responsibilities: Encourage and motivate clients before/after stretch sessions, empathy being a key skillBuild StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leadsManage client care and inspire wellness changes through delivering amazing communication to our members.Handle member concerns when applicableStudio tours, salesWorkshops and Pop-up eventsMaintain strong social media presence to client membership and retentionClean and maintain the studio in order to ensure we have a clean and welcoming spaceRequirements: Love of boutique fitness environment is a must — passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibilityFront desk, fitness, bartending, serving, or administrative experience is an advantageAbility to create a positive environment that welcomes all peopleFantastic communication skills and exudes empathyMust love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goalsMust have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policiesJob Types: Part-timeSalary: $16- 26 per hourBenefits:

• Base Pay
• Uncapped Commission
• Free smoothies at Playa Bowls (next door)
• Two free stretches a month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
