ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Allison Hornback – State Farm Agent, you are a trusted partner to both our customers and our agency team. This role requires someone who is highly organized, service-focused, and capable of juggling multiple priorities. You’ll support daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, assist with claims, and act as a second set of eyes for the agent to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.This position blends administrative support with customer-facing responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others and keeping the office running smoothly.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage incoming and ongoing insurance claims, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
  • Assist with sales conversations, policy changes, and cross-selling when appropriate.
  • Monitor agency workflows and help maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support the agent in reviewing files, catching details, and ensuring compliance.
  • Help manage daily office needs and serve as a go-to resource for both team members and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in insurance, customer service, or office management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional communication style.
  • Ability to take initiative and support others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with sales and client outreach when needed.
