What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Maintain appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
• Coordinate time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, as well as drafting letters and documents
• Prepare and submit expense reports
• Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
• Collect and analyze information to prepare reports and prep executives for meetings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience supporting Senior executives and leaders at SaaS Engineering companies
• High-level communication, writing, and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate resourcefulness
• Experience in a fast-growing tech company is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday for local applicants
