Hansen Talent Group is seeking a BSA II to work for a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This role is hybrid.

What you ll do:

***** Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements, develop technical specifications, and streamline communications.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure proposed solutions meet objectives, validate business needs, and support process improvements.
• Responsibilities include guiding system development, assisting with deployment and testing, creating training materials, and mentoring junior staff.
• You ll also help prioritize business support activities and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.****

**What you need:**

*** Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications

• Strong SQL and/or reporting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience facilitating knowledge transfer and supporting process improvements
