Housing: Provided (included with contract)Role Overview Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate ER Charge Nurse for a travel assignment near Harlowton, Montana. This role is primarily based in the Emergency Room, with occasional coverage in the Swing Bed/Transitional Care unit as needed. It’s a great opportunity for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments but also value flexibility in rural healthcare settings.Responsibilities Lead and oversee nursing care in the Emergency Room, ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical practice.Serve as Charge Nurse, providing leadership, support, and guidance to the ER team.Deliver exceptional patient care in the ER and occasionally in the Swing Bed/Transitional Care unit.Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, implementing timely interventions.Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.Requirements Licensure: Active Montana RN license or eligibility through a compact state.Certifications: BLS (required)ACLS & PALS (preferred)Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with preference for ER/Acute Care.
