WHO WE ARE THE WORK
Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing within the ABU organization. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Actively manages work-center workload with the assistance of a Manufacturing Support Team member. Manage job assignments, cross training, and supports organizational initiatives.
Will also be responsible for interfacing/coordinating with support organizations as required.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or a related Masters degree.
• 2 years of relevant Industrial Engineering experience
• Experience using data analytics tools, strong preference for Tableau and Alteryx
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles

Desired skills

• Green belt
• Experience leading Structured Improvement Activities (SIA)
• Process documentation & technical writing
• Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) experience
