Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in software development
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Expertise in .NET, .NET MVC, ORMs, Relational Databases, Docker/Kubernetes, Microservices, REST APIs, and GitHub Actions
  • Recent hands-on experience with C#, Postgres, and React
  • Proven experience leveraging AI/ML tools to enhance development efficiency
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the technical vision for major areas of the organization
  • Design and implement scalable, high-quality systems that prevent issues and improve stability
  • Advocate and implement AI/LLM-driven development practices across teams
  • Participate in full lifecycle development, from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Make strategic trade-offs aligned with business goals to maximize impact
  • Address complex technical challenges with sustainable solutions
  • Evolve architecture to meet scaling, performance, and security needs
  • Enhance team processes and test automation strategies for higher quality
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and mentor team members in best practices
