Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with expertise in browser-based applications
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React and Next.js
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest or Cyprus
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and software engineering principles
  • Experience with AI coding tools and Web Components is a plus
  • Additional expertise in back-end technologies, CI/CD pipelines, or open-source contributions is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex, responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to translate wireframes into functional interfaces
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to current web standards
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback within the team
  • Troubleshoot and debug across multiple browsers and devices
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability
  • Stay current with technology trends and incorporate best practices into development processes
  • Contribute to the company’s Web Component library to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
