About the Role

We’re seeking experienced Product Owners to join a high-performing product team within a large Agile Solution Train. You’ll be responsible for owning and refining the team backlog, driving product value, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the team backlog, incorporating input from PMs, EPMs, and IPT leads
  • Lead backlog refinement activities in alignment with Agile rhythms, including PI Planning
  • Collaborate with the team to mature user stories and ensure readiness for development
  • Partner with architects to understand enabler work and support technical decision-making
  • Evaluate team progress and guide delivery to maximize customer value
  • Identify and manage product risks and opportunities
  • Ensure completed stories meet user needs and comply with the Definition of Done
  • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for product excellence

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 years of experience in Agile software development
  • 6 years of experience with advanced communication and problem-solving skills
  • 4-6 years of experience using JIRA for backlog and workflow management
  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles and metrics development
  • Experience in systems engineering, hardware integration, and software engineering (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in large-scale Agile environments
  • Familiarity with SAFe or similar frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
