Lead Business Analyst

Job Title: Lead Business Analyst/Product Owner

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 6-month CTH

Responsibilities:

• Needs a BA with Lead expertise that can also talk to C-Suite, and work independently.
• Strong Process Experience, Finance understanding, does not need ERP, and Product Owner exp is a plus
• Looking for a Lead Level BA responsible for overseeing the business analysis function within the organization
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for business initiatives.
• Lead the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and executives.
• Business analysis and product management certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, Greenbelt Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• In-depth knowledge of financial close processes and best practices.
• plus: 5 years of proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
