Position: Pure Math Tutor (Full Time)

Type: Full-time Position

Compensation: $90,000–$200,000/year

Location: Remote

Commitment: Full-time

Role Responsibilities(Training support will be provided)

  • Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate mathematical data and problem sets.
  • Contribute to AI training tasks that strengthen reasoning across pure mathematical domains.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to refine annotation tools and data workflows.
  • Create and evaluate mathematical problems from areas such as abstract algebra, real and complex analysis, topology, and graph theory.
  • Assess AI-generated solutions, providing detailed feedback and professional recommendations.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and sound mathematical reasoning while interpreting evolving project guidelines.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Mathematics specializing in pure mathematics, or a medal in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) or equivalent competition.
  • Strong background in algebra, topology, real analysis, and mathematical logic.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both technical and general.
  • Experience with academic research, publications, or advanced mathematical modeling preferred.
  • Skilled in using mathematical literature and databases to verify theoretical concepts.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setup.

Preferred Backgrounds

  • PhD in Mathematics with published research in peer-reviewed academic journals.
  • Teaching or tutoring experience in higher mathematics.
  • Familiarity with AI systems, data annotation, or educational technology.
  • Knowledge of mathematical problem construction and formal verification processes.
