Senior Media Buyer
We’re looking for a Senior Facebook Ads Media Buyer who’s not just a button pusher — but a strategic operator who knows how to drive profitable scale. You’ll own Meta advertising end-to-end, from creative testing and campaign architecture to attribution analysis and performance optimization. You’ll work with creative, influencer, and UGC teams to fuel growth and reduce CAC using Meta as a primary lever.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize 7-figure monthly budgets with efficiency and precision.
- Develop, execute, and scale Meta campaigns that consistently hit CAC, ROAS, and revenue goals.
- Partner with creative, influencer, and UGC teams to generate and test high-performing assets at scale.
- Lead creative strategy for Meta, ensuring diversification across audiences, placements, and messaging angles.
- Analyze creative performance and extract actionable insights to inform future roadmaps.
- Understand and apply advanced attribution models (MTA, MMM, incrementality testing) to evaluate true performance across the funnel.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing org to connect Meta strategy with other paid and owned channels.
- Maintain an agile, test-and-learn mindset in a fast-paced environment where speed and precision matter.
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing 7-figure monthly budgets on Meta with measurable success.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce CAC through smart creative and audience strategies.
- Deep understanding of how Meta fits into the broader marketing ecosystem.
- Expertise in creative strategy — you know what works, why it works, and how to scale it.
- Strong analytical chops and fluency in attribution (MTA, MMM, incrementality).
- Comfort collaborating with creative, influencer, and UGC teams to drive performance.
- Exceptional communication skills and accountability for results.
