Marketing Manager — Dallas, TX

We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and analysis for a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities. This role is critical in driving traffic, supporting lease-ups, and ensuring marketing programs are executed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and can build strong relationships across teams and with third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support all lease-up efforts in assigned markets
  • Act as the regional marketing expert, building and managing strategic marketing plans
  • Partner with operations leaders to maximize traffic opportunities, ensure standards are met, and keep lease-up/renovation marketing efforts on budget
  • Manage social media presence and digital marketing platforms, including ILS listings and enhancements
  • Create and execute lease-up plans, takeover strategies, and client presentations
  • Analyze marketing metrics to uncover insights and drive performance improvements
  • Manage collateral, reporting, and marketing technology tools to enhance customer experience
  • Contribute to new business development (RFPs, presentations) when needed
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and represent the company at panels and task forces as appropriate

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in multifamily marketing, with proven success in lease-ups
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and project management background
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and management levels
  • Innovative, creative, and passionate about marketing and customer service

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

Other Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
