As a Data Analyst on the Enterprise Data Delivery team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality data and insights to enterprise customers, partners, and internal teams. Your work will directly support customer success, sales enablement, product performance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and technically capable analyst with a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
This role requires collaboration across multiple teams, including Partner Advocacy, Development, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fulfill Data Requests:
Respond to ad hoc data requests from enterprise customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Create & Maintain Reports:
Assemble recurring reports for existing enterprise data clients, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and clarity.
• Quality Assurance:
Validate data sets, identify and resolve data inconsistencies, and ensure delivery of accurate insights.
• Customer Support & Troubleshooting:
Address data-related inquiries, troubleshoot reported issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve bugs.
• Sales Team Enablement:
Partner with Enterprise Sales to create data samples, reports, and visualizations that support outreach, demos, and proposals.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience & Domain Knowledge
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Experience in the accommodations or vacation rental industry is strongly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency
Intermediate SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and case statements.
Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filtering, and advanced formulas.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
Familiarity with Azure DataBricks or equivalent cloud-based data platforms.

Exceptional attention to detail when working with medium to large datasets.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, educational, and actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining data to non-technical audiences or stakeholders with varied levels of data literacy.
