Company Description

We’re pioneering a new category called Proactive Intelligence — the first AI platform that autonomously explores enterprise data to surface revenue, risk, and data-quality signals before anyone asks a question.

Our patent-pending, agentic AI runs securely inside enterprise environments (VPC/on-prem), combining reasoning, domain expertise, and predictive correlation to deliver insights proactively — without dashboards, prompts, or analysts.

With customers across the U.S. and U.K. and $2M ARR projected by year-end, we’re building the AI that can be implemented and realize ROI in the first 30 days.

Role Description

As Ops Lead, you’ll be the operational backbone of NexDiscovery — building the systems, processes, and rhythm that turn early traction into scalable growth.

You’ll partner directly with the CEO and CTO on everything from GTM coordination and financial tracking to vendor management and pilot operations.

This is a founder-adjacent, high-impact role designed for a doer who loves solving problems, building structure, and keeping the company running at full velocity.

What you will do:

Operational Excellence

  • Stand up and manage NexDiscovery’s core operating system — OKRs, dashboards, and weekly execution cadence.
  • Create repeatable workflows for pilot delivery, reporting, and customer onboarding.
  • Track key metrics across pipeline, ARR, and cash flow to ensure alignment and focus.

Finance & Administration

  • Manage vendor contracts, invoicing, reimbursements, and financial reporting with our external partners.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and burn-rate analysis.
  • Handle compliance and documentation for banking, cloud, and corporate filings.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Keep GTM, Product, and Engineering aligned through structured communication and project management.
  • Run weekly syncs, document decisions, and ensure follow-through.
  • Coordinate between founders, advisors, and early partners on deliverables and milestones.

Special Projects

  • Execute high-priority initiatives — from event logistics to partnership onboarding to fundraising prep.
  • Evaluate new tools and automations to improve efficiency (Notion, HubSpot, Ramp, Rho, Slack workflows).
  • Build internal playbooks for scale as new hires join.

Who You Are

  • Bias toward action: you value precision and speed equally.
  • Exceptionally organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — you turn chaos into clarity.
  • Comfortable working across multiple domains: finance, GTM, product, and admin.
  • Obsessed with building efficient systems and finishing what you start.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can own outcomes end-to-end.
