What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Elicit requirements through document analysis, workshops, surveys, and business process descriptions
• Serve as a liaison between product owners, technology teams, and support teams during the requirements gathering process
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to refine requirements
• Develop and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) that capture workflows and business rules
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis and perform quality assurance/user acceptance testing

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst on software development projects, preferably with UiPath
• Demonstrated experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and analyzing business flows
• Experience with Jira
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Local to the DC Metro area strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance as required by contract
