QA Analyst III API Testing

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office Tue/Wed/Thu)

Duration: 12 Months

Required Qualifications

3 5+ years of software QA or testing experience.

Strong hands-on experience in API testing (required).

Experience writing and executing test cases, documenting results, and logging defects.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to define testing approaches for agile teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Automation testing experience (preferably with Tricentis Tosca).

Familiarity with Power BI , Salesforce, or other enterprise business platforms.

Exposure to Adobe Sign , contract management , or workflow automation systems.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
