This position includes two distinct roles depending on the buildings supported: * Sub-Separate Classroom Focus — supporting students in self-contained/sub-separate classrooms.
- General Education / Integrated Classroom Focus — supporting students in inclusive classrooms using tiered intervention frameworks.
Role 1: Sub-Separate Classroom FocusPrimary Responsibilities
- Consult with students in elementary and secondary sub-separate classrooms with a variety of learning needs.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Applied Behavior Screening Assessments.
- Administer skills-based assessments including VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Socially Savvy.
- Design and contribute to classroom-wide behavior management systems and individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide training and coaching to classroom staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Monitor data to evaluate intervention effectiveness and make recommendations.
Role 2: General Education / Integrated Classroom FocusPrimary Responsibilities
- Provide consultation to students in general education settings, supporting Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS, RTII, PBIS).
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and environmental observations, preparing corresponding reports.
- Contribute to the development of classroom-wide behavior management systems and individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide coaching and support to general education staff in implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed.
Required Qualifications (Both Roles)

Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.

Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Experience conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

Strong collaboration, communication, and data analysis skills.

Familiarity with skills-based assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Socially Savvy).

Knowledge of MTSS, RTII, and PBIS frameworks.

Experience training teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral interventions.
