Requirements:
- 5+ years of database admin or engineering experience
- Expertise in PostgreSQL setup, tuning, and high availability
- Strong SQL and scripting skills (bash, Python)
- Experience with automation tools like GitHub, Ansible
- Cloud experience with AWS RDS, EC2
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Proven troubleshooting and incident response skills
- Team-oriented communication skill
