Looking to lead change in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Want to help us design and deploy state-of-the-art technologies? We are seeking a highly organized, senior PMO leader to lead and elevate all aspects of our Duly IT PMO. In this role, you will be responsible for driving improved company performance through successful IT initiatives. This role will drive efficiencies and transform project tracking workflows across the organization by leading and developing a team of IT Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure our most important projects are successfully implemented and their benefits realized.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic change agent and ensure the best projects are selected and delivered.
  • Development and active management of IT PMO people, processes and tools/technologies.
  • Accountability for the delivery of the portfolio of projects and direct responsibility for the team of employee and consultant project managers leading the projects.
  • Responsible and accountable for overseeing IT department budget. This includes annual planning, monthly variance analysis, invoice management, and contract management.
  • Maintain and continuously improve PMO portfolio processes and tools/technologies.
  • Effectively partner with IT, Business and Clinical leaders to gather updates, escalate risks, remove blockers, and ensure alignment on priorities
  • Proactively drive high-priority initiatives forward with minimal direction, ensuring tight deadlines are met
  • Create and manage clear, concise reports, dashboards, and web pages to communicate progress to Samsung leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
  • 10+ years of IT project management, PMO, or similar experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience proactively advancing high-priority projects with minimal oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management certification preferred (ex: Six Sigma, PMP, etc.)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ex: Jira, Salesforce, Airtable) and data visualization platforms
  • Comfortable working with data sets to extract meaningful insights

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $120,000 – $140,000 USD with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
