We are currently seeking a Software Engineer Lead for our client in the Banking domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract to Hire position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration:6 Months Contract to Hire

Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Strongsville, OH/Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days in Office)

Salary: $130,000-$150,000/Annually

Role: Software Engineer Lead

Primary Skills: SQL

Role Description: The Software Engineer Leadmust have 8 years of experience.

Team Dynamic:

  • 2 Devs on CIH but will also work with 11 others on the team

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Dev Lead and Dev

  • Looking for a full stack developer and development lead

  • Future projects: Beside ongoing LOB enhancements, the key project for next year is the upgrade of the Angular software. Angular background required for this position.

Must Have Technical Skills:

  • Java (front & back end) & Oracle

  • Spring boot

  • JavaScript/Typescript

  • Angular (front end)

  • REST services & Microservices

  • Soap

  • SQL

  • JUnit/Mockito

  • Linux navigation

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

  • OpenShift

  • Docker

  • Tomcat

  • Kubernetes

  • Jenkins

  • Gradle

  • Maven

  • GIT

Soft Skills:

  • Able to effectively work directly with the Business area during a project life cycle.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • No Certificates

Interview Process:

  • 1 round but 2 rounds may be needed

  • 1st Round: 2-3 person panel including HM – 30-1HR

  • 2nd Round: 2-3 person panel including HM – 30-1HR
